Job Description

emergiTEL is hiring a Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 2. This is a Contract role.

Location: Sarnia, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duration: 12-month contract.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Purpose

• Work as part of a service delivery team aligned to a specific customer.
• Deliver services that meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Support productivity improvements that provide value to the customer and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to service transformation initiatives and business growth opportunities.

Scope: Complete all work in accordance with the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, manage, and process print jobs submitted through email and hard copy requests.
• Perform print production and finishing activities, including cutting, binding, folding, and related tasks.
• Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Coordinate courier services and prepare shipments.
• Interact daily with customers and end users.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support.
• Provide general operational support as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in print and mail services is considered an asset but is not required.
