Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Quick Rundown:

The Deliverables Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the Deliverables team, ensuring mockup requests are assigned efficiently, completed accurately, and delivered on time to meet business expectations. This is a player-coach role that combines day-to-day leadership with hands-on execution, including template development, mockup production, quality control, and process improvement. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, operational discipline, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while driving team efficiency and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, support, and coach the Deliverables team on a daily basis.

• Take ownership of team workload planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.

• Distribute incoming mockup requests effectively based on urgency, complexity, workload, and team capacity.

• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and within established turnaround times.

• Monitor quality standards and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

• Act as the team's escalation point and final sign-off for complex, edge-case, or non-standard requests that fall outside day-to-day experience, providing the judgment call so work proceeds accurately and on time.

• Demonstrate proactive ownership by anticipating issues and leading by example — through accountability, sound decision-making, and consistent follow-through on commitments.

Templates & Production

• Build, maintain, and optimize production-ready PSD templates based on Graphic Team specifications, ensuring they stay efficient, consistent, and easy for the team to use.

• Maintain expert knowledge of product-specific branding requirements, exceptions, and edge cases.

• Produce high-quality professional product mockups.

• Generate realistic AI-enhanced product and lifestyle imagery when appropriate.

• Consistently produce work with minimal revisions or QC issues.

• Balance quality and speed of execution to meet turnaround expectations.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Partner with the Production and Graphics team to resolve non-standard branding requests and feasibility concerns.

• Identify process bottlenecks and drive initiatives that improve turnaround times, quality, scalability, and team performance.

• Investigate root causes behind reworks and revisions — distinguishing between request changes, incomplete handoffs, briefing or template gaps, and execution misses — and drive corresponding changes to templates, intake forms, or workflow to reduce recurring causes.

• Develop and maintain team standards, documentation, and best practices, including evolving intake SOPs and completeness standards as request patterns, methods, and team capacity change over time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proven experience creating, optimizing, and managing PSD templates within a production environment.

• Advanced experience producing realistic product mockups.

• Strong knowledge of AI image generation tools and best practices.

• Excellent understanding of branding guidelines, artwork placement, composition, and visual presentation.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
