Job Description

Location: Milan, Italy

Start date: October 2026

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary and single point of contact for both the customer and internal teams regarding program delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of network and security infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and program objectives.
• Lead and manage the program organization structure, including coordination with Program Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Obtain client signoff for functional specifications/requirements and recommend change requests for scope changes.
• Drive solution architecture, technical feasibility studies, and due diligence for program requirements.
• Manage technical interfaces, integration, and acceptance criteria across projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, information security plans, and service management plans.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain program documentation, including SOW, estimations, program charter, escalation matrices, and service delivery reports

Skills Required:

• Minimum 18 to 20years of relevant experience in managing large-scale network and security infrastructure programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure technologies and service delivery models.
• Familiar with Wipro Internal eco system and able to connect with right team for service delivery issues and new requirements
• Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure technologies and service delivery models.
• Experience in program management, solution architecture, and technical integration.
• Ability to manage contractual commitments, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Certifications in program/project management (e.g., PgMP/DM).
• Relevant technical certifications in network and security domains

Experience: >10 YEARS .

Indicative Gross Annual Salary: € 58000 to € 84500 .

Final positioning within the range will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, and role scope, in compliance with the applicable Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro.
