Supplier Management:

• Management of the Third Party Logistic (3PL), Distributor and Co-packing operations.

• Management of the Freight Forwarder and Customs brokerage.

• All appointed transporter are compliance with quality agreement and other requirement.

• Supporting regional team on the new/renewal Contract and agreements.

• Monthly business/KPI’s review with distributor/3PL and Freight Forwarder and Customs brokerage.

Compliance:

Ensure overall processes are within guidelines and regulations and are in compliance with the standard area operating processes.

• Ensure Third Party Logistic (3PL)/distributor and Co-packing operations are always in compliance and pass yearly quality Audit successfully.

• All suppliers are complied with Due Diligent requirement.

• Trade Compliance - Ensuring DRI’s is following the standards and guideline.

Processes and Reporting:

• Ensure Warehouse and Distribution KPI’s are meeting target/budget.

• Ensure Suppliers/Vendors payment is prompt as per payment terms.

• Continuous improvement of Warehouse and Logistics processes to support the deliver superior Customer Service levels and drive operational excellence.

• Identify strategic opportunities to optimize warehouse/Logistics and delivery productivity levels, costs improvement process and etc.
