As a Delinea - Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in our Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Forensics team, addressing our clients' most pressing business and data protection challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team that drives strategic programs, data analytics, innovation, and technical implementation activities. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations, and growing your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, focusing on Identity and Access Management. You will help clients design, implement, and operate effective access controls to protect against threats and support business objectives. Your work will involve areas such as Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration, and Privileged Access Management. Responsibilities

- Implementing and managing identity and access management solutions to protect client data
- Collaborating with clients to design and optimize access control systems that align with business objectives
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management to enhance security measures
- Developing strategies for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and recommending improvements for access management frameworks
- Analyzing complex cybersecurity challenges and providing actionable insights to clients
- Maintaining compliance with authorization management systems and IT governance standards
- Leading technical implementation activities to support cybersecurity initiatives
- Providing mentorship to junior team members in cybersecurity practices and methodologies
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Access Management (AM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management for enhanced security
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving within cybersecurity contexts
- Engaging in client-focused solutions and relationship building
- Navigating complex cybersecurity challenges with innovative strategies
