Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Fort Belvoir located in Fort Belvoir, VA. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

• frontline staff;
• deli / bakery operations;
• department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
• frontline training programs;
• opening and closing the operation; and
• daily operation standards
