We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager/Supervisor to join our team at LONDIS Trim located on the Dublin Rd.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead our deli department and ensure the highest level of customer service and food quality.
The Role:
Oversee daily operations of the deli department
Manage and train deli staff to maintain excellent service standards
Ensure food safety regulations and cleanliness standards are met
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve targets
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in fresh food/deli department required
Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP required
Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
Professional & polite manner is essential
Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail
Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment
Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges
