Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to every guest at the deli counter.
- Order Preparation: Accurately prepare custom orders, including slicing meats and cheeses to guest specifications and preparing hot food items.
- Equipment Mastery: Safely and efficiently operate deli equipment, including:
- Meat & Cheese Slicers: For precision cuts and portioning.
- Digital Scales: For accurate pricing and labeling of products.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a spotless work area at all times, adhering to all store standards and food safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with your teammates to meet department goals and handle busy rush periods with ease.
