BASIC FUNCTION

Plan, direct, and coordinate the transfer to warehousing & sharing plan for transfer of RM from warehouse, dispatch to customers, production planning and raw material procurement. Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations. Drive culture of team work with team and cross functional collaboration

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage daily Logistics operations in safe manner to ensure GoalZero.
• To ensure timely delivery of products and satisfied customers, manage raw material stock levels, delivery times and efficient transport utilization.
• To ensure timely production of products and dispatches to customers, manage RM stock levels as per target of max 40 DOH to avoid overstock and stock out of raw materials based on FC1 Requirement and Consumption Trend.
• Ensure production planning to meet customer requirement timely and avoid over stock by tracking orders and ensure timely delivery.
• For smooth functioning of raw material purchase activity by maintaining ethical relationship with Supplier & Monitor Supplier performance every 6 months.
• To achieve organizational goal, strong coordination to be maintained with internal warehouse, external warehouses, S&OP and supply chain team by focusing on reduction in additional cost like , halting charges, detention charges etc.
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
• Ensure 100% audit comppliance by following requirements of ISO 9001 : 2015, EMS 14001 : 2015 and sharing MIS on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

EDUCATION

Any graduate degree from reputed college or univiersity, Post Graduation or Master in SCM or similar will be more prefereable.

WORK EXPERIENCE

More than 3 years of procument experience in MNC will be preferable.

SKILLS & CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

1. Good negotiation skill
2. Good command of MS Office (excel), experience of SAP
3. Self- motivated, patience, good team work, strong sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure
