Today, we are looking for our next Sell-In/Sell-Out Commercial Pharmacy Delegate (Barcelona)
Develop pharmacies within the assigned area for both Sell-In and Sell-Out, including acquiring new clients with high dermocosmetic potential (having a pre-existing portfolio of pharmacies will be a plus).
Present brand innovations proposed during each cycle, ensuring strong market penetration for new products.
Define the most appropriate strategies for each client to boost the brand's sell-out.
Train clients on the brand and its new products from a dual perspective: cosmetics and sales.
Organize animations and workshops for consumers in collaboration with pharmacies to raise brand awareness and drive sales (to be executed by the delegate).
Ensure excellent brand visibility at the point of sale, guaranteeing the correct placement of POS (Point of Sale) marketing tools and merchandising.
Territory: Barcelona, Gerona, and Andorra
Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite
Annual Salary: Depending on experience provided

Experience in dermocosmetics within the pharmacy channel, ideally with premium brands and/or those with a medical-aesthetic positioning.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Advanced communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in office automation tools and the Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Minimum experience: 3 years
Travel availability: 60% of working time
