We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Deforestation Regulation Support Spec to join our T-Hub Team.

With you we will:

  • Ensure traceability of raw materials and products in compliance with the new EU Deforestation Regulation;
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and other departments, including Market import/export teams, Distribution Centers, and the Sustainability manager, to meet regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain accurate records and data in SAP, ensuring smooth integration with Nestle Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect;
  • Support import and export operations by coordinating regulatory compliance with relevant internal and external;
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives by aligning operations with EU deforestation goals and improving traceability practices

Key requirements:

  • A university graduate (a degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics, or a related field is an advantage); ​ 
  • Confident in English at an Pre-Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken);
  • A fast learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data;
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (SAP knowledge will be a plus) ;
  • A strong analyst with well-developed communication, planning, and coordination skills;
  • Customer-focused, with a professional, customer-first mindset;
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
