About the Role

We are hiring an Associate, DeFi Business Development to drive our distribution strategy. The role owns two closely related growth motions. First, sourcing and closing partnerships with onchain native protocols and platforms that route user, company, or treasury funds into yield opportunities, positioning our vaults as the underlying yield engine for their product or token. Second, sourcing and closing integrations that put our yield bearing tokens to work across DeFi, expanding their composability and reach as an onchain primitive. This role reports to the Head of GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership sourcing and pipeline development: identify and prioritise prospective partners, platforms and protocols that direct stablecoins into yield strategies, and build a targeted outbound pipeline for vault distribution.
• Full cycle sales execution: own the sales process end to end, from outreach and qualification through negotiation and close, operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Product integration and adoption: work with partners to expand where our tokenized products can be held and used, growing adoption across other platforms and applications.
• Cross functional deal support: partner with product, engineering, and legal to scope integration requirements, structure commercial terms, and bring partnerships to launch.
• Relationship management: maintain and deepen partner relationships post close, serving as the primary point of contact and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in DeFi or crypto business development, or a comparable high growth startup BD role.
• DeFi fluency with advanced knowledge of lending markets, AMMs, yield splitting, tranching, restaking, and stablecoin primitives. Can speak credibly to protocols such as Morpho, Kamino, and Pendle.
• Account management or ecosystem management experience as the baseline bar. A track record of closed partnership or integration deals is a strong plus.
• Strong financial and capital markets acumen, including comfort with fixed income, credit, and structured products.
• Strong project management skills. Can run multiple partner workstreams and deals in parallel without dropping details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Bonus Skills

• Track record of closed DeFi partnership or integration deals.
• Traditional finance experience.
• Existing network across DeFi protocols, exchanges, or stablecoin issuers.

• Direct exposure to senior leadership and live deal flow, working alongside the Head of GTM.
• A product with real traction in the fastest growing category in crypto, RWA and tokenized yield.
