Job Description

The Red Bull Kazakhstan team are dynamic, creative professionals working together to develop the company's brand, sell its products, create unforgettable experiences, as well as promote the development of sports and culture in Kazakhstan, inspiring people to realize their ideas.

  • Coordination of electronic calendar, business trips, expenses, email management, preparation of presentations and correspondence in English.
  • Planning of GM’s working day (meetings, calls).
  • Providing technical support for GM’s activities (ordering transport, tickets).
  • Taking part in negotiations, meetings, special events; keeping minutes and other documents formalising the course and results of meetings and negotiations.
  • Preparing and signing agreements and contracts with counterparties for services providing.
  • Purchase of necessary goods for events, meetings.
  • Collecting materials and information necessary for GM, preparing analytical, informational reference and other materials.
  • Accepting documents and personal applications for GM’s signature, keeping records and registering them and transferring them to GM.
  • Performing work on preparing meetings held by GM (collecting necessary materials, notifying participants of time and place of the meeting, agenda).
  • Providing various accounting reports on the manager’s expenses.

Qualifications

Higher education (master's or bachelor’s degree)

Work experience as a personal assistant at least 1 year

English, Kazakh and Russian written and spoken skills

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures: MS Office, SAP, Outlook

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
