The Defensibility & Regulatory Team (the Team) works with the full range of Marsh’s clients from FTSE 100 companies to family-owned businesses, charities and local authorities. We help clients to better understand the full extent of their legal liabilities and put them in a better position to defend legal action.
The Team is growing and we are seeking candidates for the following positions based in the UK in our London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham or Bristol offices.
Defensibility & Regulatory Consultant (Casualty)
You will be a qualified lawyer with experience handling litigated claims for personal injury and/or defending clients against Health & Safety Prosecutions. We will be asking you to put your legal skills to work by advising and upskilling Marsh clients in order to improve their ability to defend legal action.
Defensibility & Regulatory Consultant (Employment)
The D&R Team is looking to start a new practice assisting clients in the defence of employment claims. We are seeking a driven and experienced employment lawyer who will help us set up and deliver this new proposition.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office or with clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice in Marsh and to use your legal training to advise clients in a non-contentious space, whilst at the same time gaining knowledge of the insurance industry.
We will support all new colleagues with close supervision and assistance over the first 3 – 6 months, we will ensure that you can be build a network within Marsh so that you can thrive.
