Defence Supervisor – Lead. Develop. Make an Impact.

Are you a confident leader with a strong security background? We're looking for a Defence Supervisor to lead daily operations at a Defence site, where professionalism, accountability, and leadership make a difference every day.

This is a key leadership role where you'll be the central point of contact between employees, management, and Defence representatives, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and exceptional security services.

As a Defence Supervisor, you'll play an important role in fostering a positive team culture, supporting the development of others, and creating an environment where people can perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise daily site operations to deliver a professional, reliable, and customer-focused security service.
• Ensure compliance with Defence standards, post orders, contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and confidence in their Access Control Officer (ACO) roles.
• Promote a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Respond confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, making sound decisions under pressure.
• Build strong working relationships with Defence representatives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Champion our Values and role model our Leadership Charter by leading with passion, attitude, teamwork, performance and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Current minimum NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Australian Citizenship (required).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience within the security industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and maintaining high professional standards.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
