
• Analyze in-line defect data from inspection and SEM review tools
• Troubleshoot and shutdown the affected process tools based on data analysis
• Perform review and lot disposition for YDD inspected lots
• Ensure OOC lots are on hold for troubleshooting
• Support process modules, yield engineering, process integration group and TD group for inline defect support
• To check daily YDD scan map
• To check OOC point from SPC chart
• Overall WIP Control Management
• Create recipes for all defect inspection tool types Rudolph and KLA (Brightfield, Darkfield) (will be advantage)
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or other related technical fields
• 1 – 3 years’ relevant Fab experience
• Fresh diploma holders will also be considered
• Willing to perform 12 hours rotating shift (permanent night shift will be advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace
