Job Description

We are seeking a highly proficient Deep Learning Specialist to spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing B2B processes within the industrial sector. If you are passionate about leveraging deep learning techniques to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to gather, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from B2B process industry systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Deep Learning Model Development: Design, train, and optimize deep learning models, including neural networks, tailored to address specific challenges in B2B processes.
  • Customer Interaction Enhancement: Develop deep learning solutions to improve customer interactions, including chatbots, recommendation engines, and personalization algorithms, integrated with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Marketing Optimization: Create predictive models to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer targeting, and improve conversion rates within the B2B context.
  • Sales Process Enhancement: Implement deep learning solutions to identify high-potential leads, optimize cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and streamline the sales process within the B2B domain.
  • A/B Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze A/B tests, measuring the impact of deep learning-driven enhancements on B2B processes.
  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure that all deep learning initiatives adhere to data privacy regulations and industry best practices within the B2B process industry.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy deep learning models into production environments, monitor their performance, and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements, integrated with SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of deep learning models, methodologies, and outcomes relevant to the B2B process industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketers, and sales professionals, to align deep learning initiatives with the specific needs and objectives of the B2B process industry.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a focus on deep learning applications.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying deep learning models within B2B process industries, demonstrating measurable impact on operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with experience in integrating with SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and computer vision is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis tools relevant to the B2B context.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, coupled with effective communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable deep learning solutions tailored to the B2B process industry.
