Must be able to foster BEL USA'S mission and core values to help drive the organization towards a more constructive culture and higher performance. In addition, the Decorator will decorate products with decals and make sure our products are consistent with the customer’s request.

Essential Job Functions: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whom performance of the function can be distributed.)

• Perform setup and preparation tasks
• Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms, when necessary
• Utilize hand-eye coordination ensuring accurate placement of decals
• Establish and maintain a consistent and rhythmic work flow for the Decal department
• Inspect and examine decorated products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects
• Place decorated items on trays to dry or set decal(s)
• Must wear personal protective equipment, if and when necessary
• Responsible for inspecting own work to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possible
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc.
• Supports teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas work
• Reliable, regular attendance is essential
• Performs duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• 1+ year of experience in Manufacturing/Production Environment, preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination, required
• Results-oriented
• Strong, positive leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
