Decorative Concrete Field Technician – Deliver Commercial & Industrial Flooring Excellence for Business Flooring Specialists-Fort Worth

You will play a direct, hands-on role in installing premium specialty concrete surfaces across demanding commercial, industrial, and government project sites. How You Will Make an Impact

• Prepare diverse concrete substrates using planetary grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers to achieve specified concrete surface profiles.
• Install high-performance epoxy, metallic, polyaspartic, and resinous coatings in strict compliance with manufacturer mixing ratios and pot-life limits.
• Execute multi-step concrete polishing sequences utilizing progressive diamond tooling, densifiers, stain guards, and burnishing equipment.
• Place and finish self-leveling underlayments, overlays, microtoppings, and skim coats across large-scale commercial floor footprints.
• Conduct precise hand grinding, edge detailing, and seamless joint treatments around columns, drains, transitions, and perimeter walls.
• Troubleshoot substrate irregularities on-site, identifying cracks, moisture issues, or contamination early to prevent costly rework.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on field experience installing decorative concrete, resinous coatings, or polished concrete systems.
• Proven technical capability operating concrete surface preparation machinery, including floor grinders, shot blasters, and dust extractors.
• Working knowledge of resinous coating chemistry, including pot life, induction times, recoat windows..
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel
• Physical endurance to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive kneeling or bending, and work actively in dynamic construction jobsite environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior project experience on commercial, industrial, or government facilities.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
• Manufacturer certifications or credentialed training across leading commercial coating, polish, or self-leveling lines.
• Experience performing quantitative concrete moisture tests such as relative humidity probes or calcium chloride kits.
• Bilingual communication fluency in English and Spanish.
