the Deck Crew assists the Bosun and Second Bosun with the safe maintenance of the ship’s exterior, and safe operation of the ship’s mooring stations and tender operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Equipment Maintenance

Promptly assists with maintenance as instructed by the Bosun / 2nd Bosun.
Always participates in the efficient cleaning and painting of tanks.

Operational Management

Efficiently and accurately participates in stations as required by the Bosun.
Effectively and accurately assists with tender operations as instructed.
Always assists at gangway when required.
