The Full Time Deck Attendant coordinates the general upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the pools, waterslides, spas, and pool deck areas, while ensuring the safety and security of the pool area.

  • Ensures proper set up of pool furniture and pool towels.
  • Ensures compliance with pool rules and confirms access to pool area is limited to authorized guests.
  • Provides exceptional guest service (assists guests with towels, drinking water, etc.).
  • Responds to calls and questions from members, owners, guests, and departments.
  • Engages with members, owners, and guests during activities.
  • Ensures the safety of members, owners, and guests.
  • Recognizes and immediately reports all potential emergency situations.
  • Follows all state and federal policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
