The Decision Support Analyst II provides advanced financial and clinical data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making across Kettering Health. This role develops, maintains, and interprets complex reports and databases, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to improve business performance and resource utilization. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, decision support, budgeting, accounting, or a related analytical role. None required.
Master’s degree in a related field. Experience in healthcare finance, clinical resource management, or use of healthcare decision support systems. Certification in healthcare finance (e.g., HFMA Certified Healthcare Financial Professional) or related field.
