Job Description

  • Familiarity w/ hospital coding systems (ICD, CPT, DRG) & experience using medical terminology desired.
  • Analytical skills to assemble & evaluate large complex information sets required.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels required.

Analyzes data to identify patterns and trends, interprets results, and provides insights to support business decisions. Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develops and maintains databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Creates reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Cleans and preprocesses data to ensure it is ready for analysis.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve data analysis processes.


Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, required.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration,or related field, preferred.
