Decision Maker ensures customer needs (private individual financing area), business targets and risk appetite-oriented approach to processes and makes decisions for leasing. Leasing Decision Unit handles leasing applications in a timely and professional manner and brings lease matters and customer experience to the next level.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Prepare leasing credit memos, including evaluation of Customer’s (private individuals) financial figures, and making decision based on credit strategy, defending made decision at higher level decision-making authority, as well as submitting all documents required for monitoring the credit quality based on the credit policy
Ensure excellent customer service and that customers are served in accordance with policies (KYC, AML, data security and compliance etc.)
Support and provide advice (including activities in working groups) for leasing sales unit in complex credit cases
Propose improvements of processes/products creating value for both the customer and the bank
Ensure data quality and insert data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes and procedures
Organize daily work and activities, proactively plan and execute tasks in accordance with current requirements, timelines, budget and Luminor values
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Educational background in Finance, economics or any related field
Prior 1-2 years of experience in customer financing field (lending or leasing)
Strong analytical skills (customer financial and operational analysis)
Ability to find reasonable balance between business and credit risk appetite
Ability to gather, systemize and present information
Ability to handle multiple task streams at the same time, assign correct priorities, and complete individual and joint tasks on time
Curiosity, a constant desire to learn and improve
Ability to collaborate and work in a team
Fluency in Lithuanian language and English (both oral and written)

Gross salary. 2200 - 2600 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
Additional note: this is a temporary contract till 2027.03.31, however with a possibility for extension/conversion or making an internal move within our organization!
