Decision Maker ensures customer needs, business targets and risk appetite-oriented approach to processes and makes decisions for business leasing. Follows Luminor’s values – collaboration, focus and curiosity in daily work life with colleagues and customers. 


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Prepare business leasing credit memos (including financial analysis and customer risk assessment) and making decision based on credit strategy, as well as submitting all documents required for monitoring the credit quality based on the credit policy 

  • Analyze companies, their structures, financials, as well as their owners' background to grant the leasing. The analysis area covers all forms of business activity, including farmers

  • Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of individual and team targets, KPIs related to leasing area

  • Initiate improvements in leasing decision making processes, creating value for both the customer and the bank

  • Ensure data quality and provide input of different data in bank systems and programs regarding existing quality standards and procedures

  • Take responsibility for professional self-development and improving team performance by providing feedback and recommendations 

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Educational background in Finance, economics or any related field 

  • Prior 1-2 years of experience in business customer financing field (lending or leasing)

  • Strong analytical skills (business customer financial and operational analysis)

  • Ability to find reasonable balance between business and credit risk appetite

  • Knowledge of gathering, systematizing and presenting information 

  • Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills 

  • Ability to handle multiple task streams at the same time, assign correct priorities, and complete individual and joint tasks on time 

  • Curiosity, a constant desire to learn and improve 

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English are required in spoken and written communication
