Leidos Defense Systems Manufacturing is seeking a Saw/Deburr Technician to join our Platform Integration Facility team in Huntsville, AL.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing of machine parts using hand tools and power tools.
Inspect parts for defects, burrs, and sharp edges to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate basic equipment such as grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools.
Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products as needed.
Assist with general labor tasks including material handling, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Support production team with assembly, packaging, and other shop tasks as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Read and follow basic work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams (if applicable).
Basic Qualifications
Must possess a High School diploma/GED with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to lift a minimum of 35+ pounds unassisted for extended periods.
Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred).
Ability to use hand tools and basic machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Must be able to work overtime when required.
Must be able to work a full-time, 4-days per week 10-hours per shift.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess or meet the eligibility to obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, deburring, or general labor.

Pay Range $40,300.00 - $72,850.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
