Responsible for handling ICT/FCT test failures during production and ensuring quick line changeovers.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly calibration, maintenance, and repair of production test equipment.
Optimize ICT test programs to reduce downtime
Analyze ICT/FCT test failures and document findings in test analysis reports
Prepare and maintain ICT/FCT test work instructions (WI)
Maintain proper 5S and ESD practices; ensure separation of RoHS and non-RoHS tools
Support test engineers in resolving production-related issues
Supervise and coordinate servicing and maintenance of test technical system.
Conduct regular technical training for operators on products and equipment, including mock assessments.
2–3 years of working experience in an electronics or EMS company
3–5 years of experience in ICT/FCT within an electronics company
Proficient in operating and maintaining TS124 or 228X equipment, as well as other brands of test equipment.
Skilled in using and handling test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons.
Knowledge of electronic circuit schematics and basic understanding of various electronic components.
Familiar with ISO quality systems and relevant IPC standards
Good knowledge of 5S and ESD practices
Experience in semiconductor device testing is an added advantage
Possesses structured and systematic thinking; proactive and adaptable.
