Job Title: Debtors Administrator

Salary: R22 000 per month + Benefits

Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Debtors Administrator to join their Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, overseeing collections, and ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage debtor accounts and oversee collections across various categories in line with company policies
• Take full ownership of the billing function, including invoicing and collections
• Process monthly billing cycles and ensure timely distribution of statements
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to meet collection targets
• Ensure adherence to monthly deadlines and financial controls
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor records

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) with an Accounting or Debtors background
• Relevant tertiary qualification or certification advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a debtors/accounts receivable role
• Proven track record in collections and debtor management
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g. D6+, Karri or similar advantageous)
• Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
