Department Description
Hogan Lovells’ debt capital markets practice offers expert advice on the full range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives. It operates as an integrated part of an international debt capital markets and structured finance team.

Person Specification
We are recruiting for experienced associates to join our busy debt capital markets practice. Experience gained within a top tier firm is a requirement. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. The ideal candidates will have at least three years’ post qualification experience (or equivalent experience).
