
The Student Content Creator will work with the Senior Associate Dean of Students and the Residence Life department to develop engaging, creative, and informative content that highlights the on-campus living experience and student resources available at Seton Hall University. This role is ideal for students passionate about storytelling, social media, and building community through digital platforms.
• Create high-quality content pieces per semester (e.g., social media posts, short videos, graphics, blog articles, or photo stories).
• Collaborate with Residence Life and DOS staff to align content with departmental goals and the University’s Catholic mission.
• Promote events, programs, and initiatives that enhance student engagement and community living.
• Ensure all content reflects Seton Hall’s values of safety, respect, and student well-being.
• Meet with supervisor regularly.
• Assist with various administrative tasks and tasks related to Pirate Adventure/New Student Orientation.
• Current Seton Hall University student in good academic and social standing.
• Strong communication and creative skills; experience with social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in campus life, community building, and digital storytelling.
Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
Residence Life experience.
