Chamberlain is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. The College of Nursing offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and flexible post-licensure programs, such as the RN to BSN option, Master of Science in Nursing degree program, Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program and graduate certificates. The College of Health Professions also offers the Master of Public Health, Master of Social Work and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree programs.

Based at our Irving Campus, this role provides academic leadership and strategic oversight for both our Daytime and Evening & Weekend nursing programs As the academic leader, you will shape the vision, ensure excellence in delivery, and provide continuity across programs—driving student success while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and innovation.
The Dean of Academic Affairs will oversee the management, quality, and performance of the nursing academic portfolio, building and empowering a high‑performing faculty and academic support team This role ensures curricula remain current, rigorously delivered, and aligned with institutional objectives, accreditation standards, and workforce needs—while leveraging data‑informed strategies to elevate student outcomes.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,171.61 and $130,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
