As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire dedicated, and experienced Dean, Faculty of Business, Hospitality and Humanities to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• To provide the Faculty with academic leadership, to encourage excellence in teaching and research,
• To represent the Faculty to the Company and promote the development of the Faculty and of its staff;
• To manage its activities through the most effective and cost-efficient use of its resources, within the framework of the company's strategic plan and policies.

Requirements:

• Must be a PhD holder in Accountancy / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics / Human Resource Management / Marketing with professional certificate (ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent.
  
• At least 10 year(s) of relevant academic experience in higher education.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.
• Experience of leading a substantial organization, team or group.
• Possesses initiative, the ability to think independently and a passion for academic excellence

Remunerations & Benefits:,

• Basic Salary: Up to RM15,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
