In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-drivenExperienced Professionals to join our high-performing Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team. You’ll collaborate with top-tier dealmakers, contribute to high-profile strategic projects,andgain hands-on exposure to a variety of industries - all while solving impactful challenges that push boundaries and drive real business transformation. Transaction Services: 

We are one of the leading providers of M&A and transaction support services in Greece. The Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team works side-by-side with senior members of our clients’ teams to create tangible and sustainable value from their M&A transactions and offers comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Our services include financial / business due diligence services, advising clients in their negotiations on the financial aspects of share purchase agreements, reviewing completion accounts to safeguard value and conducting special purpose assignments (e.g. deal analytics and data- driven insights, vendor assistance). We help clients assess the financial health and potential risks or opportunities of target companies, ensuring informed decision-making.  

At Deals & Strategy Transaction Services you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions, increase your visibility to senior members of our clients’ managementteamsand build lasting relationships as their trusted advisor. You will also become part of a high achieving, collaborative team which focuses on knowledge sharing, thought leadership and the continuous development of its people through internal and external training and upskilling courses. 

As part of our team, you will: 

• Review business,financialand other information (financialstatements, Industry Reports,teasers,informationmemoranda, VDD/VA reportsetc.) andanalysekeybusiness drivers;

• Leverageexisting technologies and new data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power Queries / Power Pivot,Power BI, AI tools, other in-house tools) to prepare meaningful quantitative and financial analysesthatidentifykey business risks and upsides;

• Leverageour integrated Due Diligence offering tocollaborate withcross-LoSteams, drive innovation andincrease your brand eminence across Deals& Strategy, Tax, Legal and Advisory;

• Participatein cross-border projectsand trainingsprogrammes,expandingyour professional networkatan international level;

• Work with a diverse client base consisting primarily of large Greek andmultinational corporates, domestic and foreignprivateequity funds,banksand financial investors;

• Interact with C-suite executives, gaining valuable experience in communication and relationship management;

• Conduct interviews withclient andtarget management to understand how businessesoperate, how transactions are reflected in financials and theireffect onbusiness valuation for transaction purposes;

• Coachand mentorless experienced colleagues, becoming part of their developmental journey and providing constructive feedback;

• Incorporatefindings and conclusionsinto a key-issuesexecutivereport delivered and presented toclients;

• Undertaketargeted market research on specific industries, companies and / or regulatory developments relevant to the client / project at hand;

• Contributetomarketing materials, proposals,presentationsand pitch books, as well asinternalinitiativesthat help our team differentiate and grow further.

Whatyoubringmatters   

• 2-5 years of relevant working experienceinstatutoryauditandagreed-uponprocedures engagements,financialplanning andanalysis,management reportingor accounting positions; prior experience in transaction services (buy or sell-side financial due diligence, SPA advice and review ofcompletionaccounts) andbusinessplan reviews will be considered an asset;

• Excellent academic records from a top-tier Greek orinternationaluniversity (Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree) withabackground in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline;

• Strong analytical and commercial acumenwith solid understanding ofapplicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g.IFRS, Greek GAAP),technical accounting skills (e.g.consolidations, mapping TBs tofinancialstatements,accounts closing procedures, key business cycles),financialreporting,budgetingandbusiness plan review processes;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Greek, combined with aclient-centric mindset offering advice and support fromdealinitiationthrough tocompletion;

• Commercial focus and genuine interest in understanding deal transactions and their unique value drivers;

• Collaborative,innovativeand self-motivatedmindset withwillingness toinvest inyourpersonal development and professional growthanddrive upskilling initiativesas part of our digital transformation journeyandtoembrace new challenges and technological tools (incl. AI);

• Proactive problem-solving skills and aresourcefulapproachto reimagine the possible, combined with a confident “can do” attitude;

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships;

• Willingness to study towards acquiring a high-profile professional qualification (e.g.ACCA, ACA, CFA)

Other Elements That Would Be Highly Regarded Include 

• A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) in progress or completed;

• Knowledge of advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx) or other programming languages
