Make a real impact

You will work on high‑impact assignments where financial insight, strategy, and execution come together to support businesses.We areseekingamotivated and self-driven Senior Associate to join our Deals & Strategy, BRS team in Athens, who will:

• Help clients improve performance and deliver their strategic plans through business planning and performance monitoring tools

• Be actively involved in financialturnaroundprojects, from building financial models to supporting negotiations with key stakeholders

• Support clients in managing liquidity through cash flow forecasting and short‑term funding assessments

• Analyze financial statements toidentifyrisks, value levers, and operational improvement opportunities

• Preparing clear, high‑impact client deliverables and management presentations

• Supporting client interactions, proposals, and business development activities

• Coaching and reviewingthe work of junior team members

What you bring matters  

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university relevant to any of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline 

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within:

• DealsandTurnaround or performance improvementteams,consulting

• Banking or financial advisory withexperienceto restructuring

• Strong grounding in financial analysis, accounting, andvaluation

• Proven experience in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and business analysis

• Solid understanding of restructuring concepts, performance improvement levers, and value drivers

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong communicationand presentation skills inbothEnglishandGreek

• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA or in progress) are considered a strong advantage

• Extensive knowledge of applicable valuation techniques,accountingand reporting standards (e.g.IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts) and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas  

• Analytical thinking and strong financial acumen to solve complex problems  

• Confident and positive attitude  

• Analytical and critical thinking mindset

• High levelof motivation, resilience, and ownership

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships  

• Advanced collaboration skills
