Annual Salary Range:

$75,000 to $120,000/year

**Must have 2-3 years prior dealership service experience**

Job Description

• Coordinate service appointments and welcome customers professionally.
• Develop accurate repair estimates and establish realistic completion timelines.
• Communicate repair progress, cost changes, and service recommendations.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Automotive knowledge and/or dealership experience
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Work authorization and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Commitment to safe work practices and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification
• Previous dealership experience
• Sales experience
