PARTS AND SERVICE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all fixed operations including service, parts, and support departments
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Manage service managers, parts managers, and department teams
• Monitor KPIs including labor gross, parts gross, absorption rate, and CSI
• Implement strategies to increase service retention and parts sales
• Ensure high-quality customer experience across all fixed operations
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and departmental performance
• Work with executive leadership to achieve dealership goals

PARTS AND SERVICE DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a fixed operations director, service and parts director, or service manager with oversight
• Proven leadership experience in dealership fixed operations
• Strong understanding of service and parts department performance metrics
• Ability to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

PARTS AND SERVICE DIRECTOR SKILLS

Strong leadership and operational skills in automotive fixed operations, including service management, parts management, and departmental oversight. Expertise in driving revenue growth, increasing absorption rates, and improving service and parts profitability.

Experience managing KPIs such as labor gross, parts gross, service retention, and customer satisfaction (CSI). Skilled in team leadership, process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in high-volume dealership environments.
