Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional gaming experience by conducting assigned table games in a professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous manner. This position ensures compliance with all company policies, internal controls, gaming regulations, and departmental procedures while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and game integrity.

• Conduct assigned table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and other authorized games, in accordance with established rules and procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging guest service while maintaining a positive gaming atmosphere.
• Accurately handle gaming chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment.
• Calculate and pay winning wagers accurately while collecting losing wagers in accordance with game procedures.
• Maintain proper game pace while ensuring accuracy, fairness, and guest satisfaction.
• Verify appropriate buy-ins, exchanges, and payouts while maintaining accurate chip inventory.
• Maintain game security and integrity by monitoring wages, player activity, and gaming equipment.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to quickly and accurately calculate wages and payouts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced gaming environment.
• Ability to recognize and appropriately report unusual or suspicious gaming activity.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
