Job Description

HRSI is looking for Dealer – Treasury Business for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Foreign Exchange, Money Market, and Fixed Income transactions in the interbank market in line with the bank's treasury strategy.
• Monitor market developments, interest rate movements, and FX trends to identify trading opportunities.
• Coordinate with branches and internal business units to assess daily and future funding requirements and support liquidity planning.
• Maintain close coordination with Treasury Middle Office and Back Office to ensure effective monitoring of liquidity ratios including SLR, CRR, NOP, and FEEL
• Build and maintain strong relationships with interbank counterparties, financial institutions, and corporate clients to enhance dealing opportunities.
• Ensure all transactions comply with SBP regulations, internal policies, and risk management guidelines
• Ensure strict adherence to AML/CFT policies and regulatory compliance requirements
  in all treasury transactions.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the department leadership.
  
  Education & Qualifications
  
  Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math, or related discipline. Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin will be preferred.
  
  Experience
  1–2 years of relevant banking experience in Treasury Front Office within a commercial bank or financial institution. Hands-on experience in Foreign Exchange, Money Market, and Fixed Income trading Outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
