ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for dealing casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for Harrah’s guests and generate revenue for the department.
Provide game instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity.
Sponsors new dealers as needed in order to provide new hires with adequate on the job training.
Provide game protection by keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout.
Initiate courteous and friendly conversation with guests.
Stay informed on property and departmental promotions and events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
