Job Description

To execute sales strategies to enhance the performance of the FI Sales unit in line with the Bank’s missions and objectives to promote revenue growth and grow the business, by executing the following responsilibities :-

Key Responsibilities;

  • Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential investors, identify their needs and sell appropriate Fixed Income instruments to meet those needs
  • Review and analyse the market to anticipate investors requirements and develop competitive solutions and services to meet those requirements.
  • Ensure constant communication with the market and provide competitive and prompt execution of all transactions.
  • Comply with all internal and external rules and regulations in the marketing of securities to investors.
  • Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with business partners and clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the department and Company as well as build better relationship with business partners and clients.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, new products and developments, guidelines, policies, rules and regulations.
  • Work closely with other RHB Bank Group staff, to identify and refer cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with FMRP license and other CMFAs licensing
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Sales with emphasis on Fixed Income products in a reputable Financial Institution
  • Strong understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets.
  • Practical experience in Institutional Fixed Income & Treasury products sales
  • Strong communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong marketing approach, especially to Institutional customers, ability to identify customer business growth and customer acquisition opportunities.
