About The Position

Veros Credit is launching a dedicated Luxury & Exotics vehicle finance division. This role provides administrative and operational support to the division's sales team, with primary responsibility for dealer onboarding, funding coordination, title processing, and dealer and customer relationship support. The Dealer Relations Manager serves as a key liaison between Sales, Originations, Funding, Servicing, and Compliance to ensure new dealer partners are activated quickly, deals fund without delay, titles are perfected on time, and dealers and customers receive a high-touch experience consistent with the luxury and exotic segment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Dealer Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end dealer sign-up: collect and verify dealer applications, licensing, W-9s, dealer agreements, and required compliance documentation.
  • Track onboarding pipeline and follow up with dealers and internal teams to resolve outstanding items.
  • Maintain accurate dealer records in internal systems and CRM.

Funding Support

  • Review deal packages for completeness and coordinate stips with dealers.
  • Track funding status through resolution and escalate delayed deals to sales leadership.
  • Prepare reports on dealer activation, funding turn times, and pipeline status.

Title Processing

  • Coordinate title and lien perfection with dealers, DMVs, and internal title teams.
  • Track outstanding titles, follow up on title stips, and resolve title corrections and re-registrations.
  • Monitor title aging and report exceptions to management.

Dealer & Customer Relationship Support

  • Serve as a day-to-day administrative point of contact for luxury and exotic dealer partners.
  • Field dealer and customer inquiries on onboarding, funding, and title status; escalate credit, servicing, or compliance questions to the appropriate owner.
  • Support RSMs in maintaining strong dealer relationships through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Assist with division events, dealer communications, and ad hoc projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years administrative or operations experience; auto finance or dealership environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with dealer funding packages, titles, DMV processes, and contract documentation strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-service orientation suited to a high-touch dealer and customer base.
  • Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.
  • Comfort handling confidential dealer and customer information in accordance with GLBA (15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.) safeguards.

Salary $28.85 - $38.46 per hour + Bonus
