The Dealer Performance Metrics Manager owns the analytical spine of the Dealer Performance function. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the diagnostic capability that makes the entire intervention model work — ensuring that the outputs the field team receives are causal, prioritized, and actionable rather than descriptive dashboards that require field judgment to interpret. The Analytics Lead oversees a team of specialist analysts, each owning a distinct performance dimension across the entire dealer network, and is accountable for the quality, consistency, and operational relevance of everything the analytics function produces Hold the matrix relationship with the T3 Dealer Co-Op Marketing team
