Job Description

The Dealer Performance Coordinator is responsible for the operational backbone of the Dealer Performance Workstream within the Value Creation Program (VCP). This role ensures that all workstream initiatives, performance tracking, and reporting activities are executed on time, consistently, and with full organizational alignment. Acting as both a project manager and coordinator, the Dealer Performance Coordinator supports wave-level execution, maintains the centralized performance reporting infrastructure, and ensures all stakeholders — analytics, field, and leadership — remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. This role is critical to maintaining execution discipline and enabling the broader team to operate at pace and scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Coordination & Execution Management:

  • Own coordination of all Dealer Performance Workstream initiatives across VCP waves — ensuring activities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered on schedule
  • Maintain and manage the master workplan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership across all active initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between analytics, field execution, and leadership teams to ensure consistent understanding of priorities and deliverables
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, and gaps in execution — escalating issues and driving resolution to maintain momentum

Performance Reporting & Tracking:

  • Own the centralized Dealer Performance reporting structure — ensuring consistent and accurate tracking of workstream performance across all waves
  • Compile and maintain wave-level performance reports, consolidating inputs from multiple teams into a clear, actionable view of progress
  • Ensure reporting outputs are updated on a defined cadence and aligned with VCP governance and leadership reporting requirements
  • Track initiative-level KPIs, completion status, and impact metrics across the workstream

Governance & Communication:

  • Support the Dealer Performance governance cadence — including preparation of materials for program reviews, leadership updates, and SLT reporting
  • Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders regarding timelines, expectations, and status updates
  • Document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups from workstream meetings and ensure accountability for completion

Operational Support & Workstream Enablement:

  • Provide general operational and clerical support across the Dealer Performance Workstream — ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Standardize processes, templates, and reporting formats to drive consistency and efficiency across initiatives
  • Support onboarding and alignment of new initiatives, ensuring they integrate cleanly into the overall workstream structure

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or similar role — preferably within automotive or complex cross-functional environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong discipline in tracking, reporting, and process execution
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, structured reporting outputs
  • Strong communication skills — able to coordinate across diverse teams and maintain alignment without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving program environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in standard reporting and project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, trackers, etc.)
