Job Description

Lead the financial and performance analysis of the Dealer Network, consolidating financial information and transforming it into actionable insights to strengthen dealer profitability. Improve throughput and operational efficiency, and enable strategic decision-making for the network’s development, performance improvement, and, when required, closure or consolidation actions by analyzing & monitoring of key KPIs.

  • Consolidate, analyze, and validate dealer financial information to ensure reliability and alignment with corporate definitions and network strategy.
  • Lead monthly and closing-cycle analysis by preparing the consolidated Profit & Loss statement for the dealer network, including performance insights for Management and the Dealer Association.
  • Develop and issue the Monthly Financial Executive Report, including performance trends, KPIs, network segmentation, risk flags, and key conclusions for decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dealer performance dashboards and scorecards to identify early warning signals, strengths, and opportunity areas across the network.
  • Drive the Dealer Performance Review process, ensuring the establishment of performance programs, clear targets, tracking cadence, and execution follow-up with internal areas and dealer leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage the Underperformance Program, ensuring execution of corrective action plans, follow-up governance, and defined outcomes (performance improvement, restructuring, or closure recommendation).
  • Provide financial performance insights for Top Management dealer visits, supporting commercial and operational discussions with a strong financial narrative.
  • Constant engagement with the dealer network to ensure financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with expected business performance standards.
  • Support strategic dealer network initiatives by providing confidential analyses related to network footprint, consolidation opportunities, and profitability scenarios.

OPERATIONAL: 35%

  • Ensure compliance of the Dealer Development area budget through monthly follow-up, G&A tracking, and forecasting (across directions, when applicable).
  • Lead internal cross-training sessions focused on financial performance, key KPIs, and dealer business structure for the Market Representation team.
  • Support system updates and dealer enablement processes (IBMS), ensuring accurate financial and operational setup for new dealers.
  • Coordinate dealer trainings for financial uploads, templates, process compliance, and calendar deadlines.
  • Coordinate and follow up on IEXAM trainings.
  • Execute updates and improvements to financial templates, ensuring consistency and usability for dealer reporting.
  • Follow up the mirroring project to standardize dealer financial information with the central team and ensure consistent reporting standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Admin, commercial.
  • Preferred MBA or master's degree.
  • 8 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry.
  • 8 years of minimal experience on similar position.
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrable experience dealer network market analysis (preferable).
  • Demonstrable experience in financial statements understanding and review (must).
  • Strong Financial knowledge (Financial statements, Financial Analysis and Budget Control)
