Training for responsible control of the table game and ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience. Promote great customer service culture through actions and positive attitude. Upon successful completion of initial required training this position will transition to dealer.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is training, all duties are for the dealer position that will commence following the successful completion of training as determined by the assigned trainer. The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.
Responsible for guest relations by providing superior customer service and having the durability to deal with challenging guests in a professional and positive manner.
Responsible for analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
Accurately and promptly pay winning bets or collect losing bets as adhered by the policies and procedures of a specific game.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly and fun environment for guests and employees.
Responsible for meeting departmental goals.
Act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest every time.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Needs to have good hand/eye coordination.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment
Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, changing temperatures and smoke.
Knowledgeable of specified games (Blackjack and Carnival games and gaming regulations, etc.)
Ability to add monies and chips.
Standing 90% and a possible 10% seated if assigned to the sit down table, of which 15% is bending (from waist), repetitive hand motions.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School degree or GED equivalent preferred.
Able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.
