Job Description

Job Location: Quechan Casino Resort - Winterhaven, CA 92283
Position Type: SeasonalQuechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino are looking for motivated individuals to train as Table Games Dealers. We are offering a free training program starting on April 20 2026, for selected candidates. Training will be conducted under the supervision of the Table Games Shift Manager and will cover Six Deck Blackjack, Double Deck Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette, and Craps. Participants will be eligible for hire upon successfully completing Blackjack training and passing an audition.
To be considered, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and meet the minimum age requirement—18 years old for employment at Paradise Casino and 21 years old for Quechan Casino Resort.  Employment after training is contingent upon successful completion of the in-house training program and audition. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, random drug and controlled substance tests, and a background investigation, as well as obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Located at 350 Picacho Road in Winterhaven, California, the administration building sits atop Indian Hill overlooking Paradise Casino to the East and the construction of the new Fort Yuma Health Care Center to the North.

Here you will find the offices of the President, Vice-President, and the Tribal Council Members. The Tribal Chambers is also located within the building where meetings with the Tribal Council are held.

Also located within the administration building are the offices for the Tribal Administrator, Tribal Council Secretary, Comptroller, Human Resources, Payroll, Revenue Distribution, Finance, our Grants Writer/Coordinator and Records Retention.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 pm. to 5:00 p.m. The offices are closed between 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch break.
