The Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you solve this by bringing clarity and momentum to the buying process. You engage dealers early, ask the right questions, and translate Dealer Image Pro’s solutions into outcomes that matter to their business. By qualifying opportunities thoughtfully and maintaining consistent, value-driven follow-up, you ensure the right clients move forward with confidence, setting the stage for strong partnerships and long-term success.
Dealer Image Pro is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by closing new business and managing existing dealer relationships. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with automotive dealerships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling Dealer Image Pro’s automotive merchandising solution. The ideal candidate is consultative, results-driven, and comfortable managing a full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Become an expert on Dealer Image Pro’s products and services through a comprehensive training program.

• Manage and grow a book of business by prospecting, cold calling, and developing new sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership decision-makers through a consultative sales approach.

• Identify customer needs and present clear, data-driven digital marketing solutions.

• Utilize CRM tools and sales technology to track activity, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals by focusing on new business and account expansion.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer success.

Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently, with the support and guidance of your team

• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools and platforms

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Results-driven mindset with motivation to meet and exceed goals

• Prior inside sales, B2B, or SaaS sales experience is helpful but not required

• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not necessary

• No prior sales experience or formal education required — we provide training to set you up for success
