The Role:
Dealer Engagement Specialists - Accounting serve as proactive mentors who coach and guide customers in group settings while fostering a strong sense of community. They collaborate closely with coworkers to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience. With a focus on sharing knowledge of PBS products and their capabilities, they help drive user adoption and maximize the value customers gain from our solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively host customer engagement sessions
• Develop presentations and content for conferences, tradeshows, workshops and host events with support on the accounting module
• Promote adoption of our products/services with guidance
• Confidently convey the PBS culture through professional appearance, charismatic presentations, creating and maintaining genuine business relationships with the ability to perform under pressure
• Provide leadership by coordinating the synergy between development, marketing and sales, implementation plans and deployments
• Understand market problems through interactions with customers and PBS experts
• Serve as a product expert by leveraging PBS certification, a strong understanding of dealership structures and processes, and in-depth knowledge of common challenges that the software addresses. New team members are provided with onsite opportunities to gain practical insight into dealership operations, further strengthening their expertise.
• Orchestrate a sense of community amongst our customers
• Work closely with development to ensure software direction will provide true value to customers
• Assist and coordinate product launches
• Foster professional relationships with customers and partners

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Fundamentals in accounting
• Solid computer knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous Experience in the Automotive Industry or Dealership Environment is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Presentations development and public speaking experience is an asset
• Organizational and time management skills
• Customer focus / excellent customer service skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, alongside the right attitude and aptitude for learning new technology in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• Strong documentation abilities
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization
