Dealer Development & Operations Manager-MexicoMexico CityFull-timeOperations - Sales operationsResponsibilities1. Lead the dealer network planning, development and expansion of XPENG in the Mexico market, and formulate channel strategy and annual expansion plans.
2. Identify, evaluate and negotiate with potential dealer groups, leading commercial negotiations, due diligence and contract execution.
3. Establish and optimize dealer entry standards, performance evaluation systems and exit mechanisms.
4. Manage dealer onboarding, authorization and operational system implementation.
5. Monitor dealer KPIs (sales performance, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, and aftersales service capability), continuously improving network quality.
6. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance teams to enhance dealer profitability and operational efficiency.
7. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of major NEV brands such as BYD and Tesla in Mexico and provide market insights.
8. Report regularly to HQ on channel development progress, risks and improvement plans.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer network development or channel management in the automotive industry; experience with NEV/EV brands is a strong plus.
3. Deep understanding of the Mexico automotive market and strong local dealer group resources (e.g., Grupo Andrade, Grupo Autofin, Grupo Solana, etc.).
4. Strong commercial negotiation, project management and data analysis capabilities.
5. Familiar with local laws, regulations and dealer contract management in Mexico.
