About the role:

This department is responsible of receive, analyze, and answer credit operations on stablished time and manner, always following the policy and quality criteria. This role is also in charge of finding proper solutions to document verification, insurance and purchasing requests from the dealers and help them to ensure the correct delivery of the credit requests.

In this role you will:

• Provide dealers with assistance regarding credit applications, analysis, and purchasing inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain full knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
• Deliver daily reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with risk and fraud policies.
• Maintain call handling times within established targets.

What makes You an ideal candidate?

• Intermediate/Advanced English skills (will be evaluated during interview).
• Customer Service experience (telephone support).
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
• Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Work Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, economics or related.
• +1 years of experience in customer service, credit analysis or related.
• Desirable financial institution or banking background.
